ONCE-EMAIL Terms of Service outlines the rules and conditions for using the ONCE-EMAIL platform, including both free and premium features, ensuring responsible usage and protecting user privacy while providing disposable email services.

1. Overview

  • These Terms of Service apply to the ONCE-EMAIL Free Version (hereinafter "ONCE-EMAIL"), available at once-email, and the ONCE-EMAIL Premium Web Version (hereinafter "ONCE-EMAIL PREMIUM WEB").

2. Terms of Use

  • By using this service, you agree to the following terms.
  • ONCE-EMAIL does not guarantee service reliability or suitability for any specific purpose. The service may be discontinued at any time by its owners and emails.
  • Cannot send any emails via once-email.
  • You agree to access once-email data only through the official once-email website.

3. Service Limitations

  • ONCE-EMAIL is free, but additional features are available in ONCE-EMAIL PREMIUM, which requires a paid subscription (Coming online later).
  • You must not use ONCE-EMAIL for any unlawful purpose, either directly or indirectly.
  • Any emails sent to ONCE-EMAIL or emails generated by users from other sources will be disclosed in the ONCE-EMAIL system. Generally, the system will save the emails for a minimum period of 10 minutes and a maximum period of no more than 1 day. There are no privacy issues during this period.
  • You must not use once-email to receive, store, or view private or confidential information. once-email has no control over email content stored init is system.
  • ONCE-EMAIL is not responsible for any damages resulting from loss of e-mails, the content of e-mails, or damage to your computer or personal data resulting from viewing e-mails. The content of the email will not be saved for a long time, and the operator will not view the content of the email.
  • You cannot send emails using ONCE-EMAIL; it only supports receiving emails.
  • The free version handles millions of emails per hour, and emails are stored for up to 10 minutes - 24 hours. Domains are subject to change and delete data.
  • Do not use temporary emails for important accounts or sensitive data. ONCE-EMAIL cannot restore deleted emails or domains.
  • Once-email can be used in desktop browsers and mobile browsers.

ONCE-EMAIL PREMIUM provides additional benefits, including:

  2. ✔ Premium domains – A special non-blacklisted domain list checked daily for quality.
  3. ✔ Extended email storage – Emails stored for 1 month instead of 2 hours in the free version.

  6. ✔ Enhanced privacy and security.
  7. ✔ Premium support – Faster customer service with a dedicated support team.
  8. ✔ Ad-free experience – No ads for premium users.

6. ONCE-EMAIL PREMIUM Subscription & Pricing

Premium subscriptions unlock additional features and are billed as auto-renewing plans:

  • Monthly: $10
  • Yearly: $60 (50% discount)

Prices are in USD and may vary by country. The exact price for your country will be displayed at checkout.

Payment & Subscription Terms

  • Payments are processed via Paddle.com and can be made using a credit card or PayPal.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Renewal charges will be applied within 24 hours before the subscription expires.
  • Users can manage or cancel subscriptions by visiting their Account Profile.

7. Price Changes for Subscriptions

ONCE-EMAIL PREMIUM reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Users will be notified in advance before new pricing takes effect. Price changes will apply only to future renewals. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you can choose not to renew your subscription.

8. Subscription Cancellation & Auto-Renewal

To cancel auto-renewal:

  1. Log in to your ONCE-EMAIL PREMIUM account.
  2. Go to the Profile section.
  3. Click Cancel Subscription.

You will continue to have premium access until the end of the current billing cycle.

9. Future Functionality

Your purchase is not dependent on future features or functionality. ONCE-EMAIL does not guarantee the addition of new features.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

The services are provided "as is", with no warranty of any kind. ONCE-EMAIL makes no guarantees regarding:

  • The availability or reliability of specific domain names.
  • The storage duration of received emails.
  • The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ONCE-EMAIL, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, disputes, damages, or losses arising from your use of the service.

12. Your Consent

By using ONCE-EMAIL, you consent to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to the Terms of Service

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
