Abuse reports

Send suspected phishing, malware, unlawful use or mailbox abuse to [email protected] with “Abuse report” in the subject. Include the temporary address, approximate UTC time, relevant sender domain and a short description. Attachments are not required unless requested.

Security reports

For a possible security vulnerability, use “Security report” in the subject. Explain how to reproduce the issue and its likely impact. Do not access other users’ data, disrupt production, run denial-of-service tests or publish sensitive details before we can investigate.

Privacy requests

Use “Privacy request” in the subject and identify the temporary address or technical context needed to locate the request. Temporary data may already have expired and cannot be restored.

We aim to review legitimate messages, but this free service does not promise a specific response time. Once Email has no paid support or premium subscription at present.
